DRAWING OF THE MODEL
Drawing on a sheet to make it reach the customer for approval
CHOICE OF MATERIAL
Positioning materials close to the design so that the customer approves the whole thing.
MODELS AND PLEXIGLASS
Realization of the model in plexiglass in real size.
CUT THE VARIOUS PIECES OF THE KNIFE
Once all the models have been approved by the client, we start cutting the handle and the blade in the chosen materials.
CUTTING THE HANDLE
For the cutting of some pieces of the sleeves we use a machine called PANTOGRAPHE
BLADE EMISSION
The cutting of the blade is to remove material on the piece of metal to get the sharp edges of the knife.
BLADE EMISSION
Use of a Back Stand with abrasive belts of different Grit
SCISELAGE (Guilloche)
Step to customize the spring or the back of the knife. To do so we use small files that allow us to realize all kinds of design.

THE TEMP
Quenching is the process of hardening the blade. We have to set the oven up to a certain temperature depending on the type of steel used.
THE TEMP
Once the temperature is reached, we introduce the blade to harden for a given time according to the thickness of the steel used.
THE RECUIT
Once the quenching is complete, the blade goes to the annealing step in order to finalize the quenching step thereof. Generally this step happens in 2 times 2 hours in a small kitchen oven.
