OUR MATERIALS
We try to be as innovative as possible in the choice of our materials and we are mindful of the market. We favor acrylics because it brings colors and a modern touch, without neglecting our beautiful noble woods.
Our metals are all made of stainless steel that has been heat-treated to make them as hard as possible to keep their hardness in the long run. We also use damask steels as well as titanium.
All our skins and leathers are bought according to the colors of the knife handles, in order to respect a certain harmony.
